Colin Simmons

Colin Simmons is an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) based in the Crossgates area of Scarborough. He's DSA registered and a member of the Driving Instructors Association (DIA). Colin gives professional but relaxed, patient lessons across Scarborough and North Yorkshire. He focuses on 'safe driving skills for life', not just scraping through the test. His lessons are all about building your confidence, spotting hazards early and feeling in control in real traffic and road conditions. Colin offers one-to-one lessons, intensive fast-track courses, block bookings and thorough test preparation. He uses Theory Test Pro for theory and hazard perception, runs mock tests on real test routes and will only book your practical when you're genuinely ready. He covers Scarborough, Whitby, Filey, Bridlington, Ryedale and nearby villages. Lesson times are flexible and he can pick you up from home or work.
