Request complete removal of your listing from our platform at any time.

Opt-Out of Display

6.2 How to Exercise These Rights

To claim, correct, or remove your instructor listing, please contact us with:

  • Your full name and the name shown on the listing
  • The URL of your profile or sufficient details to identify it
  • Proof of identity (e.g., ADI badge number, official ID)
  • Your specific request (claim, correct, or remove)

We will process your request within 30 days and notify you of the outcome. For removal requests, we will remove your listing within 7 working days of identity verification.

7 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary:

  • Active Accounts: For the duration of your account plus 2 years after closure
  • Enquiry Messages: 3 years from the date of the enquiry
  • Transaction Records: 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Analytics Data: 26 months in anonymised form
  • Unclaimed Instructor Profiles: Until a removal request is received
