Getting Started
How do I create an instructor profile?
Creating a profile is quick and easy:
- Click Get Listed or Login
- Enter your ADI details and verify your identity
- Complete your profile with your services, pricing, and coverage area
- Upload a professional photo
- Your profile goes live and you start receiving enquiries!
Do I need an ADI badge to list on the platform?
Yes, you must hold a valid ADI (green) badge or PDI (pink) trainee licence issued by the DVSA. We verify all instructors to ensure learners are connected with qualified professionals.
I already have a profile - how do I claim it?
If you've found an existing profile for yourself (created from public data), you can claim it to take control:
- Find your profile on the site
- Look for the "Claim this profile" button
- Verify your identity with your ADI number
- Once verified, you'll have full control to update your information
If you can't find the claim button, contact us and we'll help you.
How do I remove my listing from the site?
You have the absolute right to be removed from our platform. To request removal:
- Visit our Contact Page
- Send us a message with your name and the profile URL
- Provide proof of identity (ADI number)
- We'll remove your listing within 7 working days

Pricing & Billing
How much does it cost to list on the platform?
We offer a free tier and paid subscription plans:
- Free: Get your first lead completely free, with a basic profile listing
- Paid Plans: From £9.99/month for unlimited enquiries and premium features

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts! All our plans are month-to-month (or yearly if you choose). You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling is easy and hassle-free:
- Log in to your instructor dashboard
- Go to your Plans/Subscription page
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
Your profile remains active until the end of your billing period. You can resume at any time before then.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment partner, Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable as you receive immediate access to premium features. However, if you're experiencing issues or believe you deserve a refund, please contact us and we'll review your case.
Leads & Enquiries
How do I receive enquiries from learners?
When a learner sends you an enquiry:
- You'll receive an instant SMS notification to your registered phone
- You'll also get an email notification
- The enquiry appears in your dashboard inbox
- You can reply directly from the dashboard or via SMS
How quickly should I respond to enquiries?
As quickly as possible! Our data shows:
- Instructors who respond within 1 hour convert 3x more leads
- Learners often contact multiple instructors simultaneously
- The first to respond usually wins the business
We recommend responding within 30 minutes during business hours.
What information do I receive about each lead?
Each enquiry includes:
- Learner's name and verified contact details (phone/email)
- Their location/postcode
- Preferred transmission type (manual/automatic)
- Preferred lesson times (mornings, evenings, weekends)
- When they want to start lessons
- Any message or specific requirements
Are the leads genuine?
Yes! We take lead quality seriously:
- All learners must verify their email and phone number
- We use fraud detection to block spam and fake enquiries
- Learner accounts can be suspended for misuse
- If you receive a fake enquiry, report it and we'll investigate
Profile & Visibility
How can I improve my visibility in search results?
Several factors affect your search ranking:
- Complete your profile: Fill in all sections with detailed information
- Add photos: Profiles with photos get more clicks
- Get reviews: Positive reviews boost your ranking
- Respond quickly: Fast response times improve visibility
- Upgrade your plan: Premium plans include priority placement
- Use Profile Boost: Get featured at the top for specific areas
Can I temporarily hide my profile?
Yes! If you're fully booked or taking a break:
- Set your status to "Fully Booked" with an expected availability date
- Or pause your profile entirely from your dashboard
- Your profile will still exist but won't appear in search results
- Resume anytime when you're ready for new students
How do I get more reviews?
Reviews are crucial for building trust. Here's how to get more:
- Ask satisfied students to leave a review after they pass
- Send them your profile link to make it easy
- Provide excellent service worth reviewing!
- Respond professionally to all reviews (including negative ones)

Profile Boost is a premium feature that gives you maximum visibility:
- Your profile appears at the top of search results in your chosen area
- Highlighted with a "Featured" badge
- Available for 7-day or 30-day periods
