The search fee is paid upfront at £9.99 for up to 10 requested hours or £19.99 for 11 or more. Optional Priority costs another £25. The fee is retained only if you accept an offer. If there is no suitable local offer by your agreed search deadline, the full amount including Priority is refunded. You also receive a full refund if you decline an offer, which closes the whole search, or if the final held offer expires without acceptance. The full refund includes Priority in each case.
How lesson payments work
For offers through us, lesson payments go directly to your instructor on the day of each lesson. There is no advance lesson payment or deposit. Your search fee is a separate upfront payment.
