Build a useful town-centre lesson

Chatham’s familiar landmarks include the High Street, Military Road, Railway Street, The Brook and the waterfront. These places can help you explain the part of town you want to practise around or where a pickup would be convenient. If Luton, Strood or Upper Upnor suits you better, include that in your request.

A lesson can work on scanning early, choosing a safe position and reading signs before approaching a turn, especially as the street setting changes between the centre and waterfront. Your instructor can select roads and a pace that suit your experience. Begin with familiar routes and build towards busier areas as your confidence develops, using current signs and markings to guide decisions.

We pair you with one vetted instructor and confirm actual pickup coverage, your transmission and other preferences, dates and times, and the lesson price directly. We negotiate the best available rate for your request. You see the offer before accepting it and it is held for at least 24 hours.

The MIF Search Fee is paid upfront: £9.99 for up to 10 requested hours or £19.99 for 11 hours or more. Optional Priority is £25. We keep the fee only if you accept. The full Search Fee including Priority is refunded if no suitable local offer is found by the agreed search deadline, if you decline an offer, or if the final held offer expires without acceptance. Declining closes the entire search. Lesson charges go directly to the instructor on each lesson day, with no advance lesson payment or deposit.
