Simon Ballinger

Simon Ballinger is a Grade A approved driving instructor based on the Blackpool and Fylde coast. He held the old top Grade 6 rating for ten years and has kept the DVSA's highest Grade A rating under the current system. Simon teaches one-to-one only and is Pass Plus registered, with lessons planned to build confidence, skills and safe driving habits that last. Simon is friendly, calm and patient, and explains things clearly. Lessons are a full hour as standard, and he also offers one-and-a-half and two-hour sessions, with block-booking discounts and free help with the theory test.
