About Paul

Paul Burns has been running Paul Burns School of Motoring in Lancaster since 2009. He became an instructor because he genuinely enjoys working with people and seeing them reach their goals. He is friendly, patient and courteous, and is especially good with nervous or anxious learners. Lessons with Paul are calm, relaxed and enjoyable, and he helps both complete beginners and more experienced pupils feel confident behind the wheel. Paul focuses on building your confidence with clear, steady guidance. Many of his pupils have passed their test with him after struggling with other instructors, and their testimonials say it all. He covers Lancaster, Morecambe, Heysham and nearby villages, and also offers help with the theory test so you are ready for both parts. Paul knows everyone learns differently, so he adapts his teaching to suit you and creates a positive, encouraging atmosphere where you can make real progress and actually look forward to your lessons.
