Hi Lucy, as you know Im a very nervous and anxious person, within a few moments of being in the car with you I started to relax. You are a calm and patient person and a pleasure to be with. Your instructions are very clear and easy to understand which makes driving so much simpler and uncomplicated, your App Total Drive is brilliant idea, I can see how I am progressing, where Im improving and where I need to do better. Lucy is an amazing driving instructor, she's very patient and kind and she's really rebuilt my confidence after not having lessons for a while, I was very nervous on my first lesson, but she's reassured me and made me feel at ease ever since.
