Katie Russell founded KAR Driving Instructor in 2016 after qualifying as an instructor with an A Grade, the highest possible. She's been driving for over 28 years and passed her training exam first time. Based in Exeter, she's built her business from the ground up through recommendations, and now leads a team of instructors including Zoe, Helen, Toby, Milly, and Emma. Katie loves teaching people to drive because it's life changing, and she's met so many great people and had a lot of fun along the way. Her company focuses on client focused coaching with value for money, using training aids to help students reach their goals. They don't just help you pass the test, they teach you how to drive safely for life. Katie's calm influence and supportive approach have made KAR a winner of the 'Best Driving School & Instructor Training Business - Devon' award two years running.
