About Jonathan

Jonathan has over 15 years of experience as a driving instructor, including six years with BSM before he started Ambition Driving School in 2011. He is a Grade A Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and has helped hundreds of learners in Darlington and the surrounding areas pass their tests, many of them first time. Thank you Jonathan for picking up the pieces when my daughter's driving instructor folded. You did an amazing job getting her to pass the first time and she really appreciated your calm and measured instructions and learning approach. My daughter has been learning with Jonathan at Ambition driving school and he is very good. He explains things well and makes sure she knows what she is doing and is comfortable doing it, before practicing a new maneuver. My daughter enjoys her lessons and is becoming a safe and confident driver. I would recommend Ambition to any learner.

I highly recommend this driving school for people who may be nervous about learning to drive. Jonathan is very patient and calm with new drivers and explains things in a very understanding way. Felt very comfortable in the car. Also, very flexible to work around your own schedule.

Jonathan was fantastic, he was very patient, friendly, and calm and explained everything really well knowing all about how sometimes my autism can cause me to have issues.Thanks to him, I managed to pass both my theory and driving tests the first time which to me is a great achievement as usually I panic and forget everything when it comes to tests!I am looking forward to doing the Pass Plus with him soon too, Keep up the great work Jonathan and thanks loads!
