Hi, I'm Jon Watton. I've been teaching people to drive around Looe and the surrounding areas for 25 years now, and I still really enjoy it. My approach is all about calm, confident driving. I know learning can be nerve-wracking, so I focus on patience and clear explanations to help you feel comfortable behind the wheel. I offer structured, personalised lessons that build real-world skills, and I'm especially good with anxious or first-time learners. You'll get a lesson report after every session, plus access to Theory Test Pro and the Pocket Instructor app to keep your learning on track. I'm a DVSA Approved Driving Instructor, a registered Pass Plus instructor, and I've got advanced qualifications with RoSPA and IAM. I also provide support for full licence holders, like refresher lessons after an incident or advanced training for work. My commitment doesn't stop after you pass your test. I offer a free 'Driving Health Check' six months later, and I'm here to help with motorway confidence or anything else you need. I'm a member of ADINJC and The Guild of Mindful Driver Trainers, and I've trained in supportive listening and working with neurodiverse learners. Let's get you driving with confidence.
