Jon Rich

Jon Rich is a fully qualified Grade A Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), the highest level you can get. He has run self-employed franchises with two of the UK's biggest driving schools, BSM and The AA Driving School, and now brings all that experience to his own independent school. Jon has an impressive driving test pass rate and many years of teaching behind him. He is patient and adapts his lessons to suit each person, so you always feel supported and encouraged. From your first enquiry to your final lesson, you deal with Jon directly, which gives you a personal level of service you do not usually get with larger organisations. He specialises in helping nervous drivers and creates a calm, relaxed and professional atmosphere so you can build confidence at your own pace. Jon offers door-to-door service, only ever has one pupil in the car at a time, and covers a wide area around Chelmsford and the surrounding areas. His teaching style is friendly and professional, with lots of positive feedback and clear guidance rather than criticism. Lessons are well planned, with regular progress updates, mock tests and extra courses like Pass Plus to build skills and help reduce insurance costs.
