Jason Thorne runs Highway Driving School, offering patient and friendly driving lessons in Aldershot, Farnborough, and Farnham. He's a fully-qualified Driving Standards Agency approved instructor, and he's always willing to tailor lessons to each pupil's individual needs, whether they're complete beginners or converting from a motorcycle to a car. Nervous pupils are most welcome, and Jason's aim is to teach safe defensive driving, not just the minimum standard to pass the test, so you'll develop good habits for life. He teaches in a dual-controlled Mini, which he finds is the easiest and most fun car to learn in, with precise steering, great visibility, and air-conditioning to keep you comfortable. Jason offers a door-to-door service from home, school, college, or work, and he regularly collects from local colleges. Lessons are one-on-one, with a limited number each day so he can give you his full attention. He also provides intensive courses, though he recommends a semi-intensive approach over two to six weeks for most learners, with no more than four hours a day to keep you focused.
