Guy Cormack

Guy Cormack runs Apollo Motoring School in Ipswich. He's been a driving instructor for over 25 years, having worked with BSM and Ability before starting his own school. He's got a Grade 6 instructor rating and was just one point away from the highest grade on his last ADI check test in 2018. If you learn with Guy, expect a patient, safety-first approach. He won't rush you onto busy roads until you're ready, and he's seen too many learners going too slow on fast roads, so he makes sure you're confident first. He teaches in a brand new 2023 Vauxhall Corsa that's comfortable and practical for new drivers. He offers help with theory tests, Pass Plus courses, and has experience with extended tests too. He's based in Ipswich and covers a wide area including Felixstowe, Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds, and surrounding villages. Lessons are available Monday to Saturday, with evening slots on some days. He keeps things personal and independent, and he doesn't share your progress with others or have long waiting lists.
