About Geoff

Geoff is a friendly, down to earth driving instructor based in Durham city centre, with over 8 years of experience helping people become safe, confident drivers. He is a fully qualified AA driving school instructor and follows the high teaching standards set by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA). Geoff gives clear, easy to follow lessons and adapts the way he teaches to suit each person. He is patient and calm, great with nervous beginners as well as more experienced learners. He offers refresher lessons, motorway driving and eco driving courses to help you build your skills. He is also involved in the local community and sponsors Durham University's women's rugby team. If you want to feel relaxed, build confidence and learn to drive safely, Geoff is a great choice.

Geoff has been a fantastic driving instructor and I couldn't recommend him any more highly! He is a great teacher and is very patient. I feel as though he genuinely cares about you as a student and is determined that you pass your test. I had a great experience learning to drive with Geoff. He is very patient and calm and really helped build my confidence behind the wheel. Not only this but he really cares about all his students, takes a great interest in our lives and is always up for a chat. I was with Jeff for a year, and he has been amazing. To start with I was a very nervous driver, but he was so calm and such a good teacher that it didn't take me long to get over it. I passed today and now am confident on the roads. I would recommend Jeff to anyone wanting to learn to drive, as I have really enjoyed my time with him! by clem b
