Emma

Emma is an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) who qualified in 2010, so she has over a decade of teaching experience in Gosport, Fareham and the surrounding areas. She previously worked in the motor industry and really knows her way around how cars work, which means she can explain things clearly and in detail when you want to understand the "why" as well as the "how". She is very flexible in how she teaches. Emma has helped complete beginners, people who have put off learning for years, and learners who just need a different style of explanation when the usual way does not click. She is especially good with nervous or low-confidence drivers and will happily go at your pace. Emma focuses on helping you become a confident, safe driver, not just on getting you through the test. All her students get motorway experience, which has been allowed for learners with professional instructors since June 2018 and is a key real-world skill. She also offers refresher lessons for people who have passed but not driven for a while, and for anyone coming back after a break. Lessons are planned around how you learn best so you can build independence and feel comfortable out on the road.
