About Dan Ison
Dan Ison is a DVSA-approved driving instructor and highly graded ORDIT trainer who runs Harwood Driving School in Bolton. He teaches both new learners and qualified instructors, covering ADI Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 preparation, ADI Standards Check coaching and instructor training. Dan uses a clear, modern approach and offers lessons across Bolton, Bury and the wider North West, helping complete beginners, nervous drivers and those wanting advanced or refresher training.
He is known for being calm and patient, with lessons that are planned around what you actually need. Dan offers standard weekly lessons, intensive courses, motorway lessons, refresher sessions and Pass Plus. A great rapport was built and the whole learning experience was very pleasurable for our Son. Duncan's lessons were well planned, taking Henry's academic needs and availability into account. A first rate instructor whom my wife and I think very highly of. I would recommend Duncan to friends and family and thank him for teaching our son to drive.
