About Craig

Craig is a DSA Approved Driving Instructor and runs Craig's Driving School in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion. He is friendly, patient and keeps things clear and simple, so you can learn at a pace that suits you. He is fully qualified and registered with the DVSA. He teaches in both manual and automatic cars, using modern, well-looked-after vehicles. For manual lessons he uses a Peugeot 2008 GTline petrol. For automatic lessons he uses a Honda Jazz self-charging hybrid. Craig uses up-to-date teaching techniques and all lessons are one-to-one, so you get his full attention. He is especially good with nervous and anxious learners and keeps the car a calm, relaxed place to learn. He helps with both theory and practical test prep, including safety questions and support if you need to retake a test. Craig also offers Pass Plus courses for newly qualified drivers, discounts for block bookings and car hire for driving tests. His pupils often mention his patience and clear explanations in their reviews and many go on to pass their tests first time.

Craig was fantastic. I suffer from anxiety and my nerves were awful but he was really supportive and got me through it. Would really recommend him as a driving instructor to anyone! 2023

Craig is a fab instructor - he keeps calm and has a lot of patience (especially with nervous drivers). His tips and tricks for manouvers are great and he makes sure you understand the workings of the car itself when you're unsure of something like gear changes. Would absolutely recommend!
