About Chris
Chris is a DVSA Approved Driving Instructor and former DVSA driving examiner who set up Control Driving School in 2002. He has over 20 years of teaching experience and uses his examiner background in every lesson, so you get clear insight into what the test is really like, including local routes around Barnsley.
Based in Barnsley, Chris gives structured, easy to follow lessons that suit how you like to learn. He works with complete beginners as well as more confident drivers getting ready for motorway driving or Pass Plus.
Chris has a calm, friendly and professional style. He offers one hour lessons, 1.5 hour introductory lessons, mock tests, refresher courses, motorway training and Pass Plus.
