Billie Smith has been on the DVSA Approved Register of Driving Instructors for 20 years, training drivers of all abilities across the southeast of England. He's got a good working knowledge of Berk, Hampshire, Surrey, and Hampshire, and he's known for his calm, relaxed approach that makes learning more enjoyable.
