Andrew Evans

Andrew Evans is a friendly, local driving instructor based in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire. He's been teaching for years, starting his career with a national franchise where he received top-class training that he still uses today. Andrew grew up in the area, attended Ysgol Dyffryn Aman, and is married with two sons who live locally. He's deeply connected to the community, having coached a mini and junior football team at Saron for 10 years and helped run KRUF FC, a local charity football team in Penygroes, for the past 20 years. Andrew focuses on making sure his students become confident, responsible drivers, not just pass their tests. He believes today's learners are the future of road safety, so he teaches essential skills for today's busy roads. He offers 2-hour lessons as standard, which gives students more time to grasp each lesson and often allows them to drive home after their first lesson. Andrew covers Ammanford, Crosshands, Cwmamman, Llandeilo, and uses Carmarthen and Llanelli as main test centres, with Swansea also an option. He's happy to help with motorway training, refresher courses, and intensive courses, usually around 30 hours.
