Alan Kingston is an Approved Driving Instructor with nearly 23 years of experience in driver education. He started out with BSM, then moved to AA Driving School, and set up Alan Kingston Driver Training in 2004. As a Grade 6 instructor, Alan keeps his lessons practical, clear and interactive so each pupil gets what they personally need. He is well known in the Hartlepool area for his calm style and strong focus on safe, confident driving. Alan offers both manual and automatic driving lessons, built around what each learner needs, from complete beginners to experienced drivers who want a refresher. He works hard to make lessons enjoyable and relaxed, while keeping you up to date with current driving skills and road rules. His friendly, supportive approach helps learners grow in confidence and gives them the best chance of passing their tests. As well as standard lessons, Alan offers Pass Plus courses, refresher training and block booking discounts. He also helps people who want to become driving instructors, with in-person and online webinars, training and assessments.
