Alan Hall

Alan Hall is a fully qualified Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and runs his own LDC driving school franchise in Midlothian. He was trained by LDC in the LD System and student-centred learning techniques, so you get lessons that are structured and evidence based, but still relaxed and friendly. Alan gives you access to the LDC online student learning hub, the LD driving skills DVD/workbook and a free Theory Test app. This means you can study between lessons, prepare away from the car and easily keep track of your progress. He offers pay-as-you-go lessons, as well as semi-intensive and intensive courses with the driving test booked as part of the package. Standard lessons are 90 minutes. Each course is planned around your test date and includes the cost of a driving test in the course price. Alan is often praised by former pupils for his calm, encouraging manner. He has helped many learners, including very nervous beginners, build real confidence and achieve first-time passes by setting clear targets, practising step by step and keeping test preparation realistic.
