Choose a clear local reference
Marlborough’s High Street follows the River Kennet valley, and The Green is a meeting point for routes including Herd Street and Barn Street. These familiar names can help you explain where you would like to start and what kind of town driving you want to practise, such as reading ahead, preparing for turns and sharing space calmly.
If you are coming from Manton or Mildenhall, tell us the precise pickup address rather than just the village. We confirm the location with the instructor and can include your preferred starting point in the offer, so you can judge whether it fits your plans.
Find the right lesson arrangement
Let us know if you prefer manual or automatic tuition, which dates and times work and what you hope to practise. We confirm actual pickup coverage, your transmission preference, suitable dates and times, and the lesson price directly with the instructor. We negotiate the best available lesson rate for your request.
You see the offer before accepting it. It is held for at least 24 hours so you have time to review the pickup, schedule and price.
Know the payment terms
You pay the search fee upfront: £9.99 for up to 10 requested hours or £19.99 for 11 hours or more. Optional Priority is £25. The search fee is retained only if you accept an offer. We refund the full search fee, including Priority, if no suitable local offer is found by the agreed search deadline. Declining an offer closes the whole search and also brings a full refund including Priority; if the final held offer expires without acceptance, we refund in full too.
After acceptance, lesson payments go directly to the instructor on the day of each lesson. No advance lesson payment or deposit is required for offers through this service.
