Finding your instructor locally
Driving lessons in Heathfield arranged around you
Local information checked 21 October 2026
We help you find one of our vetted instructors for driving lessons in Heathfield. Tell us the pickup that suits you, whether you want manual or automatic tuition, when you can learn and your budget. We confirm actual coverage and lesson price directly with the instructor before you review an offer.
Use local road names to plan pickup
Heathfield road names include A265 High Street, Mutton Hall Hill and Burwash Road, plus the A267 routes Cross in Hand Road, Little London Road and Mayfield Road. Nearby places such as Mutton Hall, Tilsmore, Old Heathfield, Broad Oak and Little London may better match your routine.
Give us the exact starting point that works and we will check whether the instructor can collect there. We also confirm your transmission preference and available times. Naming a local road or nearby place helps us make the request precise, while your instructor chooses suitable practice based on your experience.
See your offer before accepting
We contact suitable vetted instructors and negotiate the best available rate for your requested lesson hours. Your offer confirms pickup coverage, transmission, dates, times and lesson price. It is held for at least 24 hours so you can consider it before accepting.
The search fee is paid upfront at £9.99 for up to 10 requested hours or £19.99 for 11 or more. Optional Priority costs £25. We retain the fee only if you accept an offer. If there is no suitable local offer by your agreed deadline, the full fee including Priority is refunded. The full refund including Priority also applies if you decline an offer, which closes the whole search, or if the final held offer expires without acceptance.
Pay tuition on lesson days
For offers through this service, lesson payments go directly to the instructor on the day of each lesson. There is no advance lesson payment or deposit. The search fee remains separate from tuition.
The nearest-centre cards show straight-line distance from Heathfield’s area reference point, not your pickup. DVSA does not publish practical test routes. Develop safe observation, road positioning and independent decisions through varied practice.
