Use local streets to describe the pickup
Haslemere’s central streets meet around High Street, Lower Street and Petworth Road. The conservation appraisal describes this as a historic T-shaped pattern and places the Town Hall at its junction. Nearby places such as Shepherd’s Hill, Camelsdale, Grayswood and Critchmere may suit you better than the centre.
The Church and Green area is also described with narrow lanes and high hedges. Tell us which part of the area is convenient and we will check the actual pickup with the instructor. We also confirm transmission and times so your offer reflects the arrangement you need.
See the terms before accepting
We contact suitable instructors from our vetted network and negotiate the best available rate for the hours you request. Your offer confirms pickup coverage, transmission, dates, times and lesson price. It is held for at least 24 hours, giving you time to decide after seeing the details.
The search fee is paid upfront: £9.99 for up to 10 requested hours or £19.99 for 11 or more, with optional Priority for another £25. We retain the fee only if you accept an offer. If there is no suitable local offer by the agreed deadline, the full fee including Priority is refunded. The full refund including Priority also applies if you decline an offer, which closes the entire search, or if the final held offer expires without acceptance.
Pay for each lesson on the day
Lesson payments for offers through our service go directly to the instructor on the day of each lesson. You do not pay lesson costs in advance and no deposit is required. The search fee is a separate upfront charge.
Nearest-centre cards show straight-line distances from Haslemere’s area reference point, not from your home or pickup. DVSA does not publish test routes. Practise observation and decision-making across suitable settings rather than relying on a memorised circuit.
