If Tilgate or Langley Green works better than the town centre, include it in your request.

Practise awareness at town-centre junctions

The Western Boulevard and The Broadway junction scheme was completed in 2025, with changes for buses, cycling, pedestrians and traffic filtering. That local context makes it useful to practise checking for people crossing, watching for cyclists and buses, and making lane choices calmly. Your instructor can decide whether the area is appropriate for your current experience and select a suitable route.

A lesson need not begin in the busiest part of town. Start with familiar roads, then build towards more complex junctions when you are ready. Ask for practice that addresses a specific challenge, such as judging a gap or preparing for a turn, rather than repeating a fixed route.

See your offer before deciding

We pair you with one of our vetted instructors. The instructor confirms actual pickup coverage, your transmission and other preferences, dates and times, and lesson price directly. We negotiate the best available rate for your request. You see the offer before acceptance and it is held for at least 24 hours.

The MIF Search Fee is paid upfront at £9.99 for up to 10 requested hours or £19.99 for 11 or more. Optional Priority costs £25. We retain the fee only if you accept. The full Search Fee including Priority is refunded if no suitable local offer is found by the agreed search deadline, if you decline any offer, or if the final held offer expires without acceptance. Declining closes the entire search. Lesson payments go directly to the instructor on each lesson day; no advance lesson payment or deposit is required.
