Find a driving instructor in Colyton.

Choose a practical meeting point

Share your exact pickup, preferred transmission, any other lesson preferences and the dates and times you can learn. We confirm the location and schedule directly with one instructor. A clear meeting place makes it easier to plan around home, work or the journeys you already make.

Use Market Place as a local reference

Colyton Town Hall and several local premises are listed at Market Place, making it a recognisable central landmark when discussing where to meet. Agree a specific and suitable point with your instructor rather than assuming a business address or town-centre location is available for pickup.

Lessons can begin with basic control on familiar streets and build towards more involved turns and junctions as you gain confidence. Tell your instructor if Seaton Junction, Musbury or Axmouth are part of your everyday travel. They can choose an appropriate route and work on reading signs, checking carefully for other road users and planning ahead.

Understand the offer and payment terms

We pair you with one of our vetted instructors and confirm actual pickup coverage, manual or automatic preference and other requirements, dates and times, and lesson price directly. We negotiate the best available rate for your request. You see the offer before accepting it, and it is held for at least 24 hours.

The MIF Search Fee is paid upfront at £9.99 for up to 10 requested hours or £19.99 for 11 or more, with optional Priority at £25. We keep it only if you accept. We refund the full Search Fee including Priority if no suitable local offer is found by the agreed search deadline, if you decline an offer, or if the final held offer expires without acceptance. Declining closes the entire search. Lesson payments go directly to the instructor on each lesson day, with no advance lesson payment or deposit.
