Tony

Tony teaches at M&M Academy and is known for mixing music and martial arts in a really fun, down to earth way. He is a 3rd Dan Blackbelt in Taekwondo, certified by the Taekwondo Association of Great Britain, and has been teaching both children and adults for years. He focuses on the core principles of Taekwondo, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit, and brings these into every lesson to build real confidence and character. Tony is very patient and caring, which makes him great with nervous beginners who need someone calm and reassuring from the very first session. As well as martial arts, Tony gives professional guitar lessons for all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to advanced players. He keeps his lessons personal and friendly so people make quick progress and actually enjoy learning, and his student showcases are a clear sign that his approach works. Parents and students often mention his quick replies, genuine care and the way he helps both mental and physical development. With a strong focus on technique, mindset and community, Tony makes it easy for students to set goals and feel proud of what they achieve in both music and martial arts.
