Hi, I'm Gary Turner. I run GTi Driving, offering calm, patient car driving lessons across South Devon. I've got 33 years of military experience and 18 years as an ambulance first responder, which gives me a really solid background in safety and handling pressure. I'm a fully qualified DVSA-approved instructor, and I teach in a modern Mercedes A200d with dual controls, so you'll feel safe and comfortable while you learn. I cover Kingsbridge, Totnes, Dartmouth, Ivybridge, South Brent and the surrounding villages. Whether you're a complete beginner, need to build confidence before your test, or want refresher lessons, I adapt each session to your pace and learning style. I'm especially good with nervous learners, helping them feel calm and in control. We'll work on everything from basic skills to test routes around Newton Abbot, Plymouth and Exeter, plus motorway training after you pass. My approach is structured and clear, so you always know what we're focusing on and why, and you'll see your confidence grow with every lesson.
