Cathy Stidworthy

Cathy Stidworthy is a fully qualified, independent DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) based in East Grinstead, West Sussex. She teaches in a manual Vauxhall Corsa with dual controls, so it is comfy, modern and easy to drive. Cathy is patient, friendly and very supportive. She works with all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to full licence holders who want refresher lessons, motorway practice or to polish up their skills. Lessons are kept relaxed, but she still keeps standards high so you feel safe and confident on the road. She is trained in the latest driver training techniques and likes her pupils to take control of their learning. She uses the Driveractive app for online lessons and progress tracking, so you can see how you are getting on. Cathy focuses on real world driving, like parking in multi storey car parks and using drive thrus, so you feel ready for driving on your own after the test. Her lessons are enjoyable and fun, and she always aims to give you the skills you need for safe driving for life, not just for passing the test.
