Billy

Billy has been teaching learner drivers since 2006 and runs Pass with Billy School of Motoring in Hartlepool. He offers both theory and practical training across a range of licence categories, using modern teaching techniques and a Ford Fiesta Ecoboost. Billy is patient and calm, and he is great at building learner confidence. His pupils often say he puts nervous drivers at ease and helps them get through the test.
