About Becky

Becky is a friendly driving instructor based in Carlisle. Her lessons are enjoyable and memorable, and she shapes them around how you like to learn. She keeps things practical, getting you out on real roads, and adjusts the pace for visual learners, hands-on learners or those who like to take notes. She keeps her schedule flexible so lessons can fit around busy lives, and she gives you her full attention in every session to help build confidence and safe driving habits. Becky is often recommended by former students for her patience, encouragement and calm, supportive manner, especially with nervous drivers. She happily goes the extra mile, picking students up from 6th Form, working around childcare and fitting in test appointments. During Covid disruptions she kept pupils updated and supported so they did not feel left on their own. Her lessons are all about helping you become a safe, competent driver while keeping things relaxed and positive, and focusing on what you personally want to achieve.

I cannot recommend Becky enough! I passed this morning and she’s changed my life. I don’t think I could have done it with another instructor! My nerves were really bad in the car but Becky is so patient and has gone totally above and beyond you can tell she really loves her job. Thank you so much Becky.Would highly recommend! My daughter was taught by Becky, her lessons were affected due to Covid, however Becky kept us updated, collected her from 6th Form, home etc, arranged childcare so she could accommodate the test date at short notice. If you're a nervous learner, Becky is your woman, she has alot of patience, kindness and a bubbly personality.
