Andrew Pidduck

Andrew Pidduck, known to everyone as 'Lester', is a fully qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) with a strong background in safety and teaching. He spent 30 years as a firefighter in Kent and trained as both an advanced driver and emergency response driver. After that, moving into driving instruction was a natural step. He now combines his teaching qualification (PTTLS) with his love of safe, sensible driving. Lester is calm, friendly and very patient. He likes to build skills in small, steady steps so you become a confident, independent driver for life. He uses a client centred approach, so lessons fit around how you learn best and you always feel comfortable in the car. He specialises in automatic lessons and puts a big focus on safety and responsibility, helping to create considerate drivers. He offers flexible lesson times, including double lessons if you want to progress a bit quicker, and he is there to support you on test day at no extra cost. Lessons cover everything from basic controls to rural roads, town driving and dual carriageways in and around the Sittingbourne area. Students often mention his patience, sense of humour and how much he boosts their confidence. He is highly recommended for all learners, especially nervous drivers, and has a strong record of first time passes.
