Ask your instructor to choose a hill that matches your experience and the conditions. A short destination exercise between Bank Street and Kay Street can also build confidence with signs and turns. The conservation appraisal dates from 2011 and is used for stable terrain and street form, not current traffic directions. Follow the signs you see. The DVSA does not publish test routes, so practise skills that transfer beyond one journey.
