Make your request specific
Share the meeting point you prefer, manual or automatic lessons, any other requirements and when you are free. We check the exact pickup and times directly with one instructor. If Wistaston Green or Maw Green is more convenient than meeting near the centre, say so when you describe your request.
Use town landmarks to plan practice
Crewe railway station and the Town Hall are useful orientation points. Cheshire East’s September 2025 public transport map also labels Victoria Street, Flag Lane and Nantwich Road, with Crewe Green Road and A530 Middlewich Road among the wider connections. These names can help you explain which parts of town you know and where you would like a lesson to begin.
As you build confidence, practise reading signs ahead of a turn, checking your position and allowing time to respond around junctions. Your instructor can choose suitable streets for your level and introduce less familiar connections gradually. The lesson should respond to current road conditions rather than follow a memorised route.
Know what is included before accepting
We pair you with one of our vetted instructors. The instructor confirms actual pickup coverage, your transmission and other preferences, suitable dates and times, and lesson price directly. We negotiate the best available rate for your request. You see the offer before acceptance and it is held for at least 24 hours.
The MIF Search Fee is paid upfront at £9.99 for up to 10 requested hours or £19.99 for 11 or more. Optional Priority is £25. The Search Fee is retained only if you accept. The full fee, including Priority, is refunded if no suitable local offer is found by the agreed search deadline, if you decline any offer, or if the final held offer expires without acceptance. Declining closes the entire search. You pay the instructor directly on each lesson day, with no advance lesson payment or deposit.
