Practise between the centre and station

Runnymede Borough Council describes Chertsey town centre stretching from London Street, the B375, south along Guildford Street to the railway station. The A317 and several mini-roundabouts are also local references when discussing junctions and pedestrian awareness. If you practise in this area, look ahead, watch for people crossing and allow time to choose a safe position before a turn.

Your instructor can begin with familiar roads around Penton Hook or St Ann’s Hill, then introduce busier approaches when your observations are consistent. Ask to practise handling different junction layouts and deciding where to go from signs, rather than following one fixed circuit.

The MIF Search Fee is paid upfront: £9.99 for up to 10 requested hours or £19.99 for 11 or more hours, with optional Priority at £25. We retain it only if you accept. The full Search Fee including Priority is refunded if no suitable local offer is found by the agreed search deadline, if you decline an offer, or if the final held offer expires without acceptance. Declining closes the entire search. Lesson payments go directly to your instructor on each lesson day, with no advance lesson payment or deposit.
