Finding your instructor locally
Find driving lessons in Blackheath with pickup confirmed
Local information checked 21 October 2026
A good lesson arrangement in Blackheath begins with where you need pickup and what times suit you. Tell us if Rowley Regis, Hill and Cakemore or another nearby area is convenient. We will search our vetted instructor network and pair you with one instructor who can confirm actual coverage and terms.
Make the pickup specific
Share your exact location, whether you prefer manual or automatic lessons, other preferences and the dates and times you can learn. We ask suitable instructors to check coverage and availability for that address directly. This means you can consider a real offer for your routine.
Understand the Market Place and bus gate
Sandwell Council says the bus gate between Birmingham Road and Long Lane went live on 1 September 2026 and is reserved for buses, pedal cycles and emergency services. It says general traffic can continue through Market Place. If your lesson involves the town centre, discuss an appropriate pickup and follow the signs, which identify the restriction and permitted movements.
A vetted instructor and a negotiated rate
Our team contacts suitable instructors in the vetted network and pairs you with one. They confirm actual pickup coverage, your transmission and other preferences, the dates and times they can offer, and lesson price directly. We negotiate the best available rate for your request.
Your offer and refund conditions
Pay the MIF Search Fee upfront: £9.99 for up to 10 requested hours or £19.99 for 11 or more. Optional Priority is £25. We retain the fee only if you accept an offer, held for at least 24 hours. We refund the full search fee including Priority if no suitable local offer is found by the agreed deadline, you decline an offer, or the final held offer expires without acceptance. Declining closes the entire search.
Pay lessons directly on lesson days
For offers through our service, you pay lesson charges directly to the instructor on the day of each lesson; there is no advance lesson payment or deposit. DVSA does not publish test routes, so focus on safe positioning and reading current signs rather than learn a fixed sequence.
